Grants for schools and organisations
Grants are available to schools and groups for projects that: 
  • directly benefit 11-24 year olds
  • take place within the former borough of Taunton Deane
Projects must focus on at least one of the following criteria:
  • improving educational attainment 
  • music / other arts 
  • sport / outward bound activities
Groups need to meet a number of requirements around governance, finance and safeguarding to be considered for a grant. Further details can be found here.  

We will ask you to provide the following: 
  • your governing document
  • details of your trustees or committee members
  • your most recent accounts
  • evidence of a bank account in your group's  name which requires at least two unrelated signatories to authorise transactions 
  • your safeguarding policy
